Terms of Service

Account holders must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, use their own family account, and notify the academy of suspected unauthorized access. Parents or legal guardians must create accounts for students under 18.

Submitting an enrollment creates a Pending Payment request, not a guaranteed active place. Enrollment becomes Active only after administrator payment verification and academy acceptance. Age ranges are recommendations and exceptions may require administrator approval.

The portal records a PayPal transaction reference and optional receipt for manual review. It does not independently verify PayPal transactions. Users must not upload malicious, unrelated, or misleading files.

Users may not attempt to access another family’s data, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, bypass security controls, or submit false information.

The academy may update classes, schedules, fees, policies, and portal features. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve records and availability, but maintenance or third-party service interruptions may occur.
