Privacy Policy

We collect account contact details, emergency contacts, student identity and date of birth, optional student phone/email, martial-arts experience, medical conditions relevant to safe participation, consent records, electronic signatures, enrollment and payment-status information, trial requests, and optional payment receipts.

Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes. We do not store PayPal passwords or private PayPal account keys.

Information is used to administer accounts, recommend and manage classes, support student safety, communicate with families, process and verify enrollment payments, respond to trial requests, maintain consent records, and meet legal or operational obligations.

Family records are restricted to the authenticated account owner and authorized academy administrators. Relevant safety information may be shared with instructors who need it to supervise a student. Information is not sold. Service providers such as database hosting, private file storage, and email delivery receive only the information needed to provide those services.

Production services use encrypted HTTPS transport, access controls, secure sessions, audit logs, and environment-managed credentials. Records are retained while an account or enrollment is active and afterward as reasonably required for safety, accounting, dispute resolution, consent evidence, and legal compliance. Families may request correction or deletion, subject to records the academy must retain.

Photo/video permission is optional and may be changed by contacting the academy. Families may update account and student information through the portal. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal information will be reviewed and identity-verified before action.
