Refund Policy

An enrollment marked Not Paid or Pending Verification may be cancelled by contacting the academy. A submitted transaction reference does not itself mean payment has been confirmed.

Requests involving confirmed tuition must be submitted promptly with the registration reference and reason. Refund eligibility and any prorating depend on attendance, reserved class capacity, non-recoverable costs, and applicable consumer law.

Ordinary missed classes are not automatically refundable. If the academy cancels a class and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, it will communicate the available credit, makeup, or refund option.

Contact the academy with the account holder name, student name, registration reference, payment transaction reference, and requested resolution. Refunds, when approved, are returned through an appropriate method after payment verification.
