Photo and Video Consent

If granted, the academy may capture and use respectful photographs or video of training, demonstrations, competitions, and academy events for instruction, recognition, website content, social media, or program promotion.

The academy will avoid publishing sensitive account, medical, emergency-contact, or payment information. Student names will not be paired with unnecessary identifying information.

Consent may be withheld when adding a student. A family may later withdraw future use by contacting the academy in writing. Withdrawal cannot always remove material already printed, lawfully distributed, or archived, but the academy will take reasonable steps for future use.
